預制是一種資源高效的建筑方式。與現場澆筑相比,工廠預制構件可提高施工速度,減少所需人員。施工中采用的預制構件可提供更加安全和健康的工作環境,物料搬運更加快捷,同時產生更少的廢料。此外,由于采用了高精度預制混凝土模具,降低了對水泥和鋼材的使用量,預制釋放的二氧化碳較現場澆筑施工相比大幅減少。
